If I were one of the worker that are actually working far away from home, I would feel that I must take an action to go home and celebrate with my family. On the other hand, the company uses different races and occupation to represent the diversity of our society. I personally liked the advertisement very much. For me, if there is a festival coming, my mood will feel good and will be looking forward for another festival's advertisement. :)
